What and who is this service for?
The service was developed to help Taxing Jurisdictions in Texas with the
Truth-In-Taxation process of establishing a Tax Rate. For the most
part, the process is straight-forward and could be done manually using
spreadsheets or word processing documents. However, those tax
offices that collect for multiple taxing units have too many of these
forms to fill out and require automated software to help them organize
all information and insure accuracy.
How do I sign up for this service?
You can contact True Automation at 972-881-1858 and establish a Login
account. The process is simple and will only take a few minutes.

What are the PC configuration
requirements to use this service?
- Browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer V 5.0 or greater
- Browser Page Setup: If you want to prevent headers and footers
from printing on forms. See below.
How do I suppress the header and footer when
printing the forms?
In your browser window, go to File / Page Setup and clear
the information that is in the Header and Footer fields then click OK.
If you later want headers and footers to appear, you can add them
back by restoring the original settings. Below are the default
settings.
Header: &w&bPage &p of &P
Footer: &u&b&d
